    Number 25. – underrated. Classic Messi displaying creativity, cool and finesse. It looks so effortless. I can't remember who, but one of his Barca teammates from this era named it his best goal.
    Number 12. underrated. A goal that a friend of mine categorized as vintage-Messi. The balance as he bends over the first defender, followed by a signature nutmeg that initialises an impressive acceleration past the rest of the defence and goalkeeper. Quick feet.
    Number 5. – still underrated despite top 5. This is my favourite goal of Messi. Messi is of course an expert on sprinting and turning past defenders, but this goal is different. He displays his unique combination of superior ball control, creativity, quick thinking, and finishing. Every touch is perfection. The way he manipulates the ball so effortlessly and gives the opposition no chance to get near the ball.
