    1) Josep Maria Bartomeu was the real assholes in this case, he created some heat tensions not only with player(Messi) but also managerial club(Luis Enrique, Ernesto Valverde and staff)
    2) Bad managemet about money
    In this case I would talk about some "deluded" Bartomeu finacial with this club, this club had been corrupted by its own President in a political purpose, this action affected the internal organization of this club
    3) Subs-player that had no chemistry about the club playstyles (arda turan, andre gomez, denis suarez, aleix vidal, etc) and also he was responsible for selling neymar to PSG and made the financial club decreased drastically
